One part of industrial zone Đuro Đaković is organized as the Free Zone, which in accordance with legal regulation of Republic Croatia provides to its users more favourable business opportunities. Advantages enabling running business in the free zone are privileged profit tax, entrance of commodities without payment of custom duties and VAT, lower communal duties and contributions, and other benefits approved by state and local government. The principal purpose of existence of the free zone is giving incentive for further development of the available and new economic subjects to this area.
