Member of Supervisory Board, in the name of Đuro Đaković Holdinga d.d. employees Supervisory Board Within framework of its regular activities during 2006, Supervisory Board supervised work of the Đuro Đaković Holding d.d. Management Board on its regular meetings and through direct contacts with Board of Management. Realization of business plan for 2006 was regularly monitored on meetings, with accompanying reports and discussions relating to business perplexities. There was constant surveillance of position of Đuro Đaković affiliates, and Supervisory Board was informed on liquidity status of the companies on regular basis. Supervisory Board approved Đuro Đaković Holding d.d business report for the first six months of 2006, and the same applies for Đuro Đaković Holding d.d business report for 2006 and Consolidated Business Report of the Group Đuro Đaković for 2006. The report on examination of Đuro Đaković Holdinga d.d financial statements for 2006, and report on revision of consolidated financial statements of the Đuro Đaković Group for 2006 was drawn up by auditors of Revex d.o.o. firm from Slavonski Brod. The supervisory board has examined and approved this report. In accord with auditors' reports, it was confirmed and attested that business and property status for 2006 was stated in accord with legal regulations. Further privatization of companies in Đuro Đaković Group was certainly one of the topics, which the supervisory board tackled in the previous year. The goal of the supervisory board was to ensure additional conditions for continuation of privatization and to guarantee legality and transparency of the entire process. Finally, the supervisory board expresses its gratitude on good cooperation with the board of management, specialized services of Đuro Đaković Holding d.d., and especially to shareholders and the trust they put into them.
