Having in mind need to improve business operation we permanently organise training of the leading personnel and other employees in the field of management skills, financing, marketing, foreign language learning.
Lately the emphasis is laid more and more on training and specialization of employees engaged directly in production process. In this way, we stimulate development of the available human resources and ensure their further professional specialization and promotion.
