Four companies took over tender documentation for purchase of Đuro Đaković Monta

Since September 29th, 2008 when Tender for Expression of the Interest for Purchase of the Shares of the Company ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ MONTAŽA d.d. Slavonski Brod was publicly announced up to now, the following companies have expressed their interest and have took over tender documentation:

  • Austrian Energy & Enviroment AG from Vienna, Republic Austria
  • Kraftanlagen Muenchen GmbH from Muenchena, Republic Germany
  • Bilfinger Berger Power Services GmbH from Oberhausena, Republic Germany
  • Konstruktor inženjering d.d. from Splita, Republic Croatia.

Legal persons who took over tender documentation and signed Confidentiality Statement can now start up with due diligence procedure of the company Đuro Đaković Montaža d.d.

Pursuant to the publicly announced tender, all interested companies have possibility to take over tender documentation up to 18. November 2008. The bids will be submitted until December 16th, 2008, till 12, 00 h.
