On November 18, 2008 expired the deadline for buy off and takeover of Tender Rules on the part of domestic and foreign legal entities and natural persons for expression of interest by collection of bids for purchase of shares of ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ MONTAŽA d.d.
From September 29, 2008 when tender was announced until November 18, 2008, five companies expressed their interest and took over Tender Rules:
- Austrian Energy & Enviroment AG from Vienna, Republic of Austria
- Kraftanlagen Muenchen GmbH from Munich, Republic of Germany
- Bilfinger Berger Power Services GmbH from Oberhausena, Republic of Germany
- Konstruktor inženjering d.d. from Splita, Republic of Croatia
- Institut građevinarstva Hrvatske d.d. from Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.
After purchasing the Tender documentation and signing of the Confidentiality Statement the bidders, legal entities and natural persons got permission to perform their own "due diligence" in the Company Đuro Đaković Montaža d.d.
The deadline for expression of interest through submittal of bids has been set for December 16, 2008 at 12:00 h. On that very day, received bids will be opened publicly.
