ĐĐ Specijalna vozila d.d. and the company ERMEWA Group from Paris concluded a contract on production and delivery of freight cars of the series Shimmns.
Total value of the job surpassed 7 million EUR. The contract was signed by Mr. Pascal Varin, CEO of the ERMEWA GROUP management and Mr. Bartol Jerkovic, CEO of ĐĐ Specijalna vozila d.d.(Special Vehicels plc). The order refers to series of modern specialized wagons for transport of steel coils, certified according to newest EU norms. ĐĐ Specijalna vozila d.d. started with its production last year through contract with the German client.
Production of the aforementioned wagons for the French customer starts in the third quarter of the year, with delivery in the fourth quarter of the year 2008. The delivery of the wagons finishes in the first quarter of the year 2009.
