Đuro Đaković awards have been allotted to the best graduates of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the academic year 2007/2008.
On September 24, 2008, Đuro Đaković awards have been handed out at the solemn promotion ceremony to holders of master of technical science degrees and to the best graduate engineers of ME for the academic year 2007/2008.
Đuro Đaković award was established by the board of management of Đuro Đaković Holding d.d. , which is being awarded according to selection of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Slavonski Brod.
The first prize, laptop, went to:
Anto Kljajić, (mentor: Prof. Dr. Sc. B. Grizelj) as the best graduate student in academic year 2007./2008.
The other five prizes, digital photo cameras, were won by:
Jasmina Vonić (mentor: Prof. Dr. Sc. Z. Vnučec) as the best undergraduate of ME in the academic year 2007/2008.
Katarina Holik (mentor: Doc. Dr. Sc. T. Ergić) as the best graduate of the Institute for Engineering Structures in the academic year 2007/2008.
Andrija Akalović (mentor: Prof. Dr. Sc. I. Vitez) as the best graduate of the Institute for Engineering of Materials in the academic year 2007/2008.
Ilija Svalina (mentor: Doc. Dr. Sc. G. Šimunović) as the best graduate of the Institute for Industrial Engineering in the academic year 2007./2008.
Josip Cumin (mentor: Prof. Dr. Sc. P. Raos) as the best graduate of the Institute for Manufacturing Engineering in the academic year 2007./2008.
