Continuous perfection and education of employees represents essential part of the training plan and strategic goal of development of the Group Đuro Đaković. This plan provides opportunities for our personnel at all levels of hierarchy to improve their professional competence at diverse seminars and additional training courses.
Therefore, the program represents part of pre-planned investment in our staff. The conference was attended by Mr. Zdravko Stipetić, president of ĐĐ Holding Board of Directors, Mrs. Marija Tolic, member of the ĐĐ Holding management board and Mr. Darko Tipurić, Dean of the Faculty of Economics with his associates.
This training program, Basics of Corporative Management, was held for 2 months in the premises of ĐĐ Holding through 6 modules. Organizers of training program were Group Đuro Đaković, Faculty of Economics, Zagreb, Faculty of Economics, Split and Croatian Association of Certified Members of Supervisory Boards (HURCO).
