Management of ĐĐ Holding d.d. publicly announced tender for sale of 126.594 ĐĐM shares accordant to decision of the Shareholders' Meeting held on August 28th, 2008.Tender was publicized in public press.

Bilfinger Berger Power Services as the only bidder sent his bid pursuant to tender conditions on December 16, 2008 till 12:00. The bid was opened at 14:00 on December 16, 2008, whereupon the minutes were drawn up.
Management and the supervisory board considered the entire bid, paying especially attention to the following bid elements:
- Bid price of 500 HRK per share
- Business Plan 2009-2013
- Guaranteed retention of company's activities for the next 5 years
- Guaranteed preservation of the present number of employees for the next three years
Supervisory board accepted BBPS GmbH, Germany bid and authorized ĐĐH management to approach finalization of Share Purchase and Share Transfer Agreement with the buyer BBPS GmbH.
In the opening of the meeting of supervisory board and accordant to Article 44, point 2 of ĐĐH d.d. statute, the shareholder Hrvatski fond za privatizaciju (Croation Privatization Fund) appointed one member of the supervisory board.
On December 17, 2008 HEP removed the appointed supervisory board member Ms. Lea Begovic, who was also president of the supervisory board, and appointed at the same time new ĐĐH supervisory board member, Mr. Tomislav Mazala.
On its seventh meeting held on January 23rd, 2009 supervisory board elected its president in the person of Mr. Tomislav Mazala.
Likewise it brought decision to retain share quotation at regular market, accordant to the new Capital Law Market, after cancellation of JDD quotation on Zagreb stock exchange.
